Consignment

As a consignment stock, we offer various material lockers. The Big Boxes or the Small Container are used for small shutdowns („pit stops“) and are often managed by the customers on their own. Normally, the containers are maintained by our stock administrators during the shutdowns. The administrators advises the installation staff on the use of the right compononents, has access to the installation drawings, provides for any necessary refill of the stock and can organize the short-term production of special components. When the consignment stock is managed by us, the billing is based on delivery/return papers.

Part of the service is a detailed assignment of the consumption to the towers. All components are packed in transparent, sealed plastic bags. The bags are labeled with weather-resistant labels with precise component and material description. The component designations correspond to the nomenclature used in the enrollment. The quantities of packages are based on the component usage. While bolts and nuts of standard materials are usually packaged in 50- or 100-piece packs.
