The opening of towers sometimes offers surprises. No matter if a pressure surge during operation, a cleaning damage or corrosion caused damages – in all cases urgently new components are needed. Based on our experience and partners we can make a statement on feasibility, delivery date and costs within a few hours.
While the construction team literally works all around the clock, colleagues organize the raw material logistics, fabrication capacity and freight forwarding.
Possible time flow of an Emergency Delivery
- Customer recognizes that panels and parts of the structure were broken.
- Our Inspectors document the state of the column. Costumer decides to install the critical trays new.
- Fluidddynamic Calculation and offer by us. Production schedule with reliable delivery date.
- Customer approval and commercial order. We start with construction, raw material logistics and fabrication with our partners. Customer organizes scaffolding and deinstallation of old trays.
- Start of delivery of parts (downcomers, seal panels, bolting material) for first step of installation.
- Delivery of remaining parts.
- Install of all new trays finished.
In addition to emergency deliveries, we also offer all tower internals, trays, distributors … as standard deliveries. We can also provide design support for new construction, maintenance, conversions, or replacements.
